I ordered online so speed was no issue. I tipped for the service and then when I returned home to enjoy my bowl there were no blueberries on my banana berry bowl:(

Friendly fast service

I don’t usually go to this store. I bought a black gift card at another location and used it at Nekter Anaheim Hills Festival this evening. The employee did not honor my 10% off, after I told her about it when she was ringing me up. When I asked her about it she argued with me about the discount. I then found and read her the email about the black card discount and she still had no clue AND still did not offer to credit my payment. Just “sorry”. Clearly, the employees at Anaheim Hills Festival need training if Nekter is going to roll out this “promotion”.

I come in weekly and everyone is always very friendly and professional. My only comment is this is my second year in a row I came in to purchase a 100.00 gift card and was asked to come back during the week when a manager was available because the staff did not know how to ring up the bonus card so my comment would be to make sure everyone is properly trained on the gift cards so you are not loosing money by people not able to purchase them on the weekend. I will come back this week it’s just an inconvenience. Thanks

The ladies were quite busy, but they just kept working until everything was out. My drink was great, my coffee quick start.

The drink itself was perfect, which is somewhat rare. But I ordered through the app. Came in to pick up five minutes later. The lady looked at me surprised to see me. I said my name, Liz for pickup. She said, “Oh, that’s just came in. I’ll make it now.” But she was bringing out spoons after she got the order. So instead of stopping to make, she proceeded to fill her condiments that were not even low. I was told you begin a guest’s order as soon as it comes in from the app. This was certainly not the case. What’s the point of going through the app if we have to wait after we get there before they even start the order?

My smoothie tasted great. Easy to order and drink was ready on time.
