I come almost every week and there os typically at least 2 people working the early morning but today Bri was working alone and had a line out the door. she had ppl rushing her along with pick up orders. she maintained her professionalism and a positive attitude all while delivering speedy and accurate service.

Had to give a shoutout to Val and Bri. Came in a couple days ago with a few friends after a long workout and they made us the best protein bowls. Didn’t expect to go in and actually have good conversation and laughs. We’ll be back soon!

I have been coming the W. Gray location for a few months consistently. The variety of juices and bowls are awesome. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The manager Val has been exceptional.

Went in today for the first time and was greeted by Bri and Amanda. They both helped me decide what to order as I have never been to a Nekter before. The smoothie was delicious, and they were able to provide me with a nutrition facts menu. The restaurant was clean, and the smoothie was made promptly.

Zuleya, If the restroom is ever unacceptable during a visit, Please let the staff know. We try to do regular checks/ cleanings but, there is an issue in the area with non-customers coming in and leaving a mess. We do our best to run them off or call security but, it can be a challenge to manage when the store is busy
We pride ourselves on our quality and price competitiveness. If your menu item wasn't good, we probably didn't make it right. I encourage your to try us again, and check out some competitor pricing and their portion sizes vs ours while you are at it. We have most of them beat and we don't compromise on quality of ingredients ;)
