Not a bad smoothie and made quickly from remote order, but it’s a bit pricey. I tried to replicate the Mamaka Pipeline smoothie with protein and it was almost double the price ($16), though it’s a little bigger volume.

Just got mango delight from you guys. For this price for smoothies, I was expecting more. The mango delight tasted very dull and sour because all the fruit used is not near ripe at all. Honestly, it was non consumable, so I had to throw it away. Customer service is nice but the quality is not even near good…
Update: I sent them an email about 3 weeks ago and until now I haven’t heard back…

I'm a long-term Nekter fan, this location in particular is fantastic! We made customizations to smoothie bowls and chia pudding parfait and everything was exactly as ordered! Our cashier Alejandro was very accommodating (gave us extra cups for sharing, strawberry chia jam on the side, etc.)
Portions were also very generous - delicious and filling! Nekter is a great chain and I recommend this location especially.

Valerie and Luz made a man cry today. I walked in and greeted them and they immediately told me let’s have a good day with extremely positive energy. I briefly told them it’s been a long morning and they cheered me up.. as I leave I look at my cup for some ofd reason and seen this note.
This probably was the best experience at any restaurant.

I walk in there and the manager is just on her phone & laying over the counter not once did she get off her phone as I was in there !! Very unprofessional , very unsanitary !!! Every time I walk in there they’re always just on their phones. I see over the years NOTHING has changed about this place .
