I got a shake to go the other day while exploring. Tasted good but customer service is non existent. Took long time to even acknowledge that I was there even though store was empty. Then when she came to take order didnt even greet or anything, just stood there staring at me. I paid, the payment went through, it showed on my end, and then the cashier had the audacity to add the on her own tip and try to make me run my card again under pretense that it had not gone through. Had I been distracted and paying attention the screen, I would have fallen for it. Horrendous customer service and I won’t be returning despite being a cery conveniently located health smoothie bar.

We had an amazing experience working with Nektar Juice Bar for a recent corporate event. They came onsite and created a smoothie and açaí bowl bar for our attendees, and it was an absolute hit. Throughout the entire event, all we kept hearing was, “This is the best vendor ever!” The team was incredibly kind, professional, organized, and a pleasure to work with from start to finish. The setup was seamless, the presentation was fantastic, and the quality of the smoothies and açaí bowls was outstanding. Everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared. The cleanliness and attention to detail did not go unnoticed by our guests. I highly recommend Nektar Juice Bar for corporate events, employee appreciation days, wellness activations, or even just stopping by for a smoothie or açaí bowl. We couldn’t have been happier with the experience and look forward to working with them again!

Cute little shop! I brought my dog and they made her a pup cup which had bananas, peanut butter and bone-shaped dog treats. I was feeling a little under the weather so I got the Greenie juice, and my friend got the Blueberry Almond Butter smoothie. Pretty good but $22 for two regular size cups is a bit high. We sat outside on the patio. I liked being able to see them make my juice through the window. The produce was fresh and gloves were used. I would definitely go back and try a smoothie or something fun. Just keep in mind that: 1) there is very limited metered parking 2) the meter sucks and gets stuck and might not give you a ticket so make sure to take a pic of the screen, and 3) nékter doesn’t take cash! 😭

The smoothies are absolutely fantastic! Acai bowls are incredible! If you're into healthy eating or just getting started, I highly recommend stopping by. It's quick if you're in a rush.

Ms. Q and the other lady that usually works the same shift with her always do a great job of having my preorder ready as soon as I walk through the door. They are both always nice and make the best smoothies!

Love nekter!! My mom got me into it and we go at least once a month together. Then I found another one nearby and wanted to visit way more but money's been tight lately. But it's my bday and I had a coupon so decided to use it. Every time I get the Glow Getter it just keeps getting better. Walked in and grabbed it - they had it ready even though I was early. Had a few questions about future orders and they answered everything perfectly. Amazing experience like always. Would love to come in every day for a morning smoothie but we're not there yet financially, but you'll definitely be seeing more of me soon!

So on the 20the of Jan 2026 between 2:30pm and 3:pm thereabouts. I strolled in to make an order. The lady at the store said she didnt know how to make my chocolate bowl and I should wait for the colleague. Apparently I saw the guy outside with the big thrash. I'm a regular here so I know all of them except the new faces. So I waited. He came in and she told him to make my chocolate bowl. This guy, picked the gloves but did not was his hands before picking the gloves. I was like you just disposed the thrash and you did not wash your hands, please could you wash your hands. Immediately he got furious and went wash his hands and started fixing my bowl. Just cos he was upset while fixing my bowl, he did not listen to the lady for proper instructions. He put Agave when I said NO AGAVE in my bowl. So I told him I was uncomfortable with him fixing my bowl and he should please teach the new lady on how to do it. So she can fix me a new bowl without Agave. So he thrashed the one he was doing and the Lady took over. To think that I addressed him as "Sir" and he's like "I'm not Sir". I was trying to be as polite as I could. This guy had an attitude the whole time and was cussing at me in low tones. Listen, I love your chocolate bowl but I'll rather starve than have this guy ever fix my bow in this life. Your seats are dirty, both in and outside. Fine, they wear their gloves but you can see the part where they have to open the fridge is not clean. Its like picking germs on gloves. I prefer the other fair guy, wish he was around today. He is more cheerful and you can tell he likes his job. This particular guy of today, on the dark side, he's smallish with something like a winter hat. He's upset with the world. Forever frowning and i have always avoided him. I love my food coming with good energy and you cannot wear such angry face all the time and make my food. I'll put this place on suspension for some time while i go to people who deserve my money and my time. I travel miles to get a smoothie bowl just for this nonsense. UPDATE. So I went back to Nekter and the angry face guy is still there. Met some other Lady. She took our orders and said the guy will make my Smoothie of which I refused and told her she has to be the one to do it. Now the sad thing is, they were talking and she kept looking at the guy and laughing to the point she lost focus. I couldn’t understand what the giggling was all about. She did my Smoothie and after saying several times not to use Agave, she used Agave and had to start all over again. This loss of focus in preparing customers order calls for concern. She did the Juice for my friend perfectly though she touched the broom for sweeping while making the juice. I think this was a reflex action while trying to get it out of her way. The Lady seems customer friendly but should be careful not let the angry faced guy to get her in trouble. Done with this location.

They know what they’re doing at this Nekter location. The service here is excellent, and the drinks and smoothies are so good. 😊

Tried the banana berry burst, pb&j, and toxin flush on two separate visits, and each time the smoothies were spot on. The place is clean, the staff are welcoming, and service is quick. Parking can be tricky since the area is busy, but once you find a spot, the experience is well worth it.

Been back twice now. Got exactly what I wanted. Made my smoothie modifications just right.

Great experience overall - I was able to order online while working from home. Someone else grabbed my order and had no problems. I got my usual acai bowl and mango smoothie. Both were tasty and nutritious! Nice visit, thanks!
