Amanda is a extremely great worker! She seen me outside of the building picking up trash in front of the smoothie store. I walked in and wanted to buy a smoothie but I didn't have the cash. She was kind enough to get it for me with her card and let me keep my cash. Amanda has good energy a positive smile and a great attitude to go with it. She is the perfect team leader. Give her the GM role asap!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Need to edit my 5 star review, I thought I was reviewing the Southwest Fwy location (which is great).
I've given Gray St a number of opportunities, because I love Nekter, but they continue to disappoint. I've been to locations in multiple states and this is the one location that continues to serve frothy, liquid-y smoothies. It's served like a juice.
I messaged with their director of operations, but nothing has changed. I would genuinely prefer they get better because they're so close to my house, but I've been driving out to the Southwest Fwy location.
This location makes the Nektar brand look bad.

I visited Houston and came in to get a healthy bowl hali was a incredible worker and very helpful recommending a good smoothie bowl highly appreciative would recommend for sure!

Great service. The guy made me a smoothie right as they were closing and was very nice while doing so. Girl at the register was nice too. Smoothie tastes great. 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

I am addicted to this place. Everything I've tasted here so far is sooo good!! The only reason they don't have 5 stars is because of parking (if you're picking up) & they never seem to have a working card reader. It was super raggedy before it went out recently. I don't know why the store owner didn't replace it before it totally malfunctioned. Now you have to order online while you're physically in the store & pay $2 more, but other than that...Great Smoothies!!

Thank you for coming by and I'm really sorry you fell victim to our EMV issue more than once. The unit was replaced multiple times and we do have our IT department investigating what the larger issue is that is reoccurring. We appreciate your patience.

Thank you Hali!! Someone FINALLY made the Berry Burst smoothie correctly today! Usually it’s too watery, too sweet, or just leaves me feeling like I wasted my money. Since the smoothies are so inconsistent, I always order a bowl, but today was great. Halo needs to train the entire corporate on how to properly make a smoothie instead of winging it.

This place is going downhill. Lately, the extra toppings I pay for have been missing from the order…they don’t have coconut cream anymore…and now I’m literally watching the cashier go back and forth between cutting fruit and ringing up orders on the cash register with NO GLOVES ON! I’m just going to request a refund at this point smh

It was my first time at nektar, I am very picky about smoothies and quinn and jacob were very helpful and knowledgeable about the products, even allowed me to sample the tumeric shot which was delicious. Excellent customer service and very friendly!!!

Stopped by for a healthy bowl while visiting Houston. It was late, so there wasn't anyone else there. Ordered the Peanut Butter Bowl and it was freshly made within 5 minutes. The Acai base was a nice mix of various fruits, peanut butter, and cashew milk. It was topped with fresh cuts of bananas, strawberries, green apples, and granola. Bowl was put together nicely and looked just like the picture. The base had a nice blended consistency. Good place to come for healthy bowl or smoothie.

My favorite smoothie place since I’ve been in Houston! Quinn is there every time I go and always gives excellent service! And Gerado made my smoothie quickly but perfectly!

What a warm & welcoming team! They were so patient with me as I️ inquired about their menu. Initially, I came in for a wellness shot but I️ couldn’t leave without trying the Health Nut Smoothie. Very happy with my decision. The almond butter bowl looked really good too! Eager to come back!
