This location fell off - I used to live in the area and their staff used to be so sweet and attentive. Now it’s a new team and they make you wait for an online order made 30 mins ago although it’s sitting there ready to be handed. The smoothie part of the bowl also had no taste - as if they blend too much ice in it.

I've been going here for about a year now. The products and concoctions are stellar, from the acaī bowls, replenishing juices and smoothies. However, the new staff here leave much to be desired. I've come a few times since this staff switch and orders are painstakingly slow to make, there is yelling and just general unprofessionalism. IDK what happened but can we get a return to quality customer service pretty please??

I wanted a smoothie that wasn’t pumped with added sugar, therefore I tried Nekter Juice Bar. I ordered the Buzz, Pink Flamingo, and a Zucchini muffin. The Buzz was fresh which I loved. A small size of it, with no ice, is like two drinks because I went home and added ice and coconut water. The Pink Flamingo was super delicious. Now the zucchini muffin looked madly delicious but was super DRY. I wasted my money on that.
I can definitely see myself returning and sitting outside on their shaded patio.
Forewarn anyone going to this location, the parking in this neighborhood sucks. I did park right in front of their store but it is meter parking I didn’t pay for the meter I just paid for my food and drinks and left.

Wow the staff went above and beyond to explain every smoothie I asked about. I learned so many health facts about the smoothies. They truly train exceptional staff members here. This is my new smoothie spot!!! And super POC friendly!

WOW the staff here are so nice, quick, and attentive. I got the Mango Delight smoothie (with strawberries upon recommendation), which was refreshing and filling. I also sat inside for hours to kill time while waiting for an afternoon appointment, and the staff could not have been nicer about it. They even gave me a free "immunity" shot that I thought I wouldn't like, but was actually delicious. I also got free water that I didn't have to ask for!
TLDR: Great drinks, great service, cute place!
