The white girl working closing shift on 4/29 was super rude. I heard her mutter under her breath “it’s always these type of people” coming in before closing. Didn’t know brown people were well known for their love of 5:00pm smoothies.

I love Nekter! This is the best smoothie and açaí spot. I’ve been coming here for years and have sent so many friends and family over as well. Thank you for delicious drinks + food :)

Smoothies are great!

The staff is always friendly and will often greet me by name. The smoothies are great and very consistent from one visit to the next.

Staff was friendly and were all constantly working on preparing orders or helping customers, but they seemed overwhelmed with the number of orders that were coming in. It seemed as though they were understaffed. While I was waiting 30 minutes for my order, I watched as two customers told the staff they needed to cancel their orders and leave because it was taking so long. We will probably be back because we enjoy the smoothies and because the staff was friendly, but I would not stop here if I was in a hurry.

Whenever I go there I kind of dread walking in and getting my smoothie. Especially because whenever I say hi I’m here to pick up my mobile order and then I give them the name they just kind of hand it to me and don’t say anything. The customer service here really needs improvement because they don’t even say have a nice day.

We ordered 3 smoothies and 3 bowls. Sadly, the bowls all had something wrong and we didn’t realize until we got home. Chia on the one that didn’t want it, no chia on one that wanted it, no strawberries on one of the 2 that wanted it. It’s all good though. We didn’t come back because was too far, but staff was great while we were there.

Staff were great. It was a bummer there weren't bags to take the smoothies out. Made it difficult with my toddler with me.

I ordered online and my smoothie was ready when I got there. The young lady serving me was very pleasant.

Great smoothies and bowls. They get you in and out quickly. The counter is sticky though, please wipe it down.
