I had my ordered delivered because I was not feeling well. My order arrived missing my Large Toxin Flush juice. When I called requesting my missing juice I was informed I could get a refund that there was no way to the have the juice delivered. I was told there is two different places the juice is put for orders vs the smoothies and that is why the juice was missed. Seems this needs to be resolved to keep this from happening to someone else.

My granddaughter introduced me to Nektar and I'm hooked. The smoothies are fresh and the staff is so friendly!

The experience was not great. I went in the store to pick up my order and tried to buy some extra protein poppers. When I gave my card to the cashier the card reader was not able to read my card. I offered another card and the reader couldn’t read that card either. The cashier just looked and me and said “this one doesn’t work either” and handed it back to me. I just said nevermind forget the order and the cashier just shrugged and said “ok”. There was no attempt to input my card manually…that seemed like too much work for her. She was happy to lose the sale in order to avoid an extra 15 seconds of work.
Not satisfied. Will probably get my smoothies and bowls from a new location moving forward.

I have switched locations as the one in Rancho Santa Margarita, the last few times, has made my favorite smoothie that just didn’t taste right and I ended up tossing them in the trash. This time I ordered at the Mission Viejo location and it was perfect!
