There was the 4th of July special of but 2 smoothies get one free. For some reason, it didn’t work through the app but I continued to purchase the 2 smoothies. Once arriving at Nekter I told the workers what had happened, hoping I could get the 3rd smoothie for free but she seemed really confused and went back and forth saying she couldn’t do it. I even showed her the QR code and the special but she gave me too much of a headache and walked out w the 2 smoothies. Bummer

It’s a big festival so I get it but I online ordered and when I got there 3 minutes after the pickup time it wasn’t ready, that’s fine I went to the bathroom and then came back and stood there for 15 minutes while the girl I asked originally stared at me until I finally asked if it was ready and she was like oh yeah it’s in the fridge!!! And this smoothie isn’t even good

I love this location! All the staff members are very pleasant and the service is relatively fast. Smoothies are always fresh and yummy. I couldn’t ask for better.
