The pumpkin pie smoothie was delicious! I placed a mobile order and it was ready with in 10 minutes (me driving).

There were 2 hard chopped up stems in the smoothie.

Everything was great but the pumpkin pie smoothie was not that good in my opinion but appreciate yall

I feel as though the flavor in the acai bowls is lacking. The juice is good but it's nothing to run home about when I can get the same thing at the store for half the price. I have yet to try the smoothies but still want to because the service is always so kind when i come in! I would really only recommend it if someone has a coupon because It's not worth it to pay full price. The service in store and online is fantastic though everyone is so helpful and quick.

I recently decided to try yall because of a discount on Doordash. I loved the acai bowl so much that I got a second one and decided to download the app to earn points. I'm excited to use my coupon on the app for a free smoothie.

The workers here do a great job getting orders in on time. I also really like the consistency of the bowls. Other locations over grind to the point the bowl is more like a smoothie. This location always does a great job! Thanks!

A little disappointed yesterday. We got two nut smoothies one with whey and one with pea protein. They were very watery and both had whey. My friend was very sick. They usually label the pea one but I think there was someone new.

Great service, I received my smoothie faster than I was expecting

I will not return. I did mobile order 1232 abd it was supposed to be ready at 1252. It was ready at 115. I had to use my break time to get it. The girls working were very nice and apologetic to all customers. They seemed over worked without enough staff. This is poor management. I felt sorry for these workers. They looked very stressed out. Please tell corporate to hire more staff at this socal store. Smoothie was good and staff was doing the best they can under the circumstances.

Smoothie was extremely underwhelming for the price. Will definitely stick with Emerald City Smoothie from here on out

This is the best Nekter location (Portola Plaza). This location gets it right every time (consistent in how they make bowls and smoothies unlike other locations). Thanks!

Excellent service and quality of smoothies- one thing that could be better is if the shots could come in a bottle instead of a plastic cup- so I can drink them later.

It was good a lil busy but manageable with the staff making sure they were aware of us. Smoothies was very delicious! Definitely a new place to visit often.
