Came here a couple of days ago and there 2 workers one cashier and one making the bowls.
The lady making the bowls was not wearing a mask. I noticed it when she was half way making my bowl. I asked her is she could put on a mask and she ignored me.
I ask her coworker and he looked over and nudged her and she still didn’t put her mask on as she’s hovering over my bowl putting toppings on. I didn’t want to make a scene or get into a argument as it was a long day so got my bowl and left. I didn’t even eat what I paid for.
I reached out to Nekter about this but they haven’t done anything about this.She refused to put on her mask twice especially in the food industry thats a big no.

Love their super fruit bowl taste great and very affordable prices and have great friendly fast staff and good just to relax as well n enjoy a quick bite or a nice healthy drink

Super slow place! If you are in a rush do not go here. It's take 20-25 min to make an acai bowl !

Extremely unprofessional, came with a buddy. We were super hungry, it wasn’t busy at all. They’re system crashed. The açaí bowl and smoothie were by far the worst I’ve ever had..... so tasteless. Not sweet, just bad and bland let me tell you. Don’t come here, save your money & time. It took 20 mins to get our açaí bowls, & a smoothie.

pricey, but overall pretty good acai bowl, nothing too special, but pretty solid

I used to love Nekter until today when I witnessed incompetent staff that do not care about food cross contamination. I saw multiple transactions with money, cleaning floors and preparing acai bowls with the same gloves. Owners of this location BEWARE this just happened and you need to train your staff properly!

The best juice bar in San Diego!!! I get cold pressed juice as well as smoothies and I love the upbeat and fun environment at this location. The acai bowls are great! Fresh fruits and top quality ingredients make a huge difference and you can taste it in the products!

Sooooooo slow. Even when you order online and arrive 20 minutes later they are still making your order. It's a pretty good Acai bowl - but a crazy wait.
