I love the chocolate PB smoothie and buy it at various locations. I suggest that it's preparation should be standardized. sometimes it is great and sometimes it is too watery, both at your location and at other locations. Staff adds too much ice and just throws away the extra. I always tell them that I want all that they make because I don't want protein thrown away. They give me any extra. But, the point is that the recipe should be standardized

The juices and smoothies here are absolutely outstanding—some of the best I’ve had. They’re incredibly fresh, flavorful, and made with high-quality ingredients. You can really taste the difference. Every drink I’ve tried has been delicious and exactly what I was hoping for.
The blonde young lady who helped me provided excellent customer service. She was friendly, welcoming, and made the whole experience even better. Great products and great service—I will definitely be back!

The younger blonde woman with long lashes provided extremely poor customer service. She made my smoothie incorrectly and had an unprofessional, dismissive attitude when the mistake was brought to her attention. Thankfully, another employee stepped in, remade my order perfectly, and completely turned the experience around. Without that employee’s help, this would have been a one-star visit. Management should address this issue, as customer service consistency is important.

This place is great. I got an acai bowl, added protein powder to it and they were able to blend it in. I also got a ginger shot and added cayenne pepper. It was all so good and exactly what I wanted. It appears the low reviews for this location are from years ago. I thought everything about it was exceptional. I've been to many smoothie/acai bowl/wellness shot places across America in the past year and Nekter has become a good staple for me.

I ate here all the time, my favorite place for breakfast every morning. I always order the go bananas and the supercharge smoothie. Today the girl took forever to make the go bananas, when she handed to me it was horribly made. The presentation was disgusting the banana were black you can tell were sitting there for hours, the peanut butter was not drizzled on the bananas they were on the plate as well the sides of the plate. Please next time you serve something to someone else especially a customer, serve it the best way possible because you represent the company. Such a disappointment. I dont know her name, yet her description, The girl with peircing in the nose and wearing black hoodie. I gave them the waffles back and left. Thx for taking my payment for bad service.

Pink Flamingo smoothie with blueberries, mango, extra agave, and extra strawberries, extra pineapple. Mango and blueberry add on was free! Service was very fast! My experience was great. My smoothie was made faster than the mobile order time provided. The add ons for some fruits weren’t extra money and I loved that. The drink was deliciously sweet. It energized my body and throughout the day I was able to function very well. This is a great sign because lately I’ve been throwing up foods and drinks that I’ve been ingesting. Right after my smoothie I peed and pooped so this is a good sign ! I will definitely come back and would recommend Nekter to anyone !
