I ordered a peanut butter bowl and there was no peanut butter in it?

The bowls are great. Other food, like packaged pickles and the hummus & pretzels, are good. Not good is staff rudely informing us that we had to eat outside. Won’t be back. Reading your reply. That’s the place. Pickles in the case. No seating inside. Just cement seating outside. Perhaps you as the owner should visit.

Every time i come here they always forget an add on. Why have it there if they aren’t going to put it on the bowl

I love Nekter! I live right down the street from one of their locations and especially with the app, it makes it so easy to have my smoothie all ready for me when I come and pick it up! I love Berry Blast and Popeye's Acai but I just more recently tried to build your own smoothie and I love that option!

The service is always great at this location. I ordered the bowl for my partner, but the order wasn’t correct. He ate it anyway, but hoping the next order will be correct.

We come here often (like multiple times a week) because we live close and we like the açaí bowls but that is the only reason. The workers have bad attitudes on most days and it takes a long time to get our food. Even when there is nobody there. There is no sense of urgency to complete orders even when it is slammed. When we get our food, the stuff we paid extra for is 75% of the time not included. It’s a bummer. Would love for things to change.

Recently this location has really been dropping the ball on the peanut butter açaí bowls. When I get them they are pretty water.

Horrible smoothies and bowls. They have NO flavor. I went to throw away my smoothie and a homeless man asked for it, tried it and proceeded to throw it away after one sip ... That goes to show how bad it was.

I got a specialty acai bowl and omg it was so good. Great fast service. Very clean. Will be coming back during my lunch breaks for another one

Horrible and rude rude lady (posible manager) The young ladies that work there are usually very kind and welcoming except for one employee that makes the entire team very tense. She is an older lady Hispanic with orange hair. Yells at the young ladies and always is complaining about them. She speaks about customers as they leave in Spanish. This juice bar is awesome I go about 2 to 3 times a week and order the same juice. I try to avoid going when I see her in the morning because her attitude can ruin someone’s day. That isn’t the experience I want when trying to make healthy decisions. I really hope you can address this issue. Also has charged me extra and asked to place in the tip cup. Overall the menu and bowls are very good. The pricing is good. horrible customer service when this employee is present.
