There were ice chips in the Acai and the granola that I asked for on the side, were rice crispies

God bowls. Also place is always clean. People that work there are very friendly.

Juices are good... Acai bowls are a little too icy and aren't quite as nutrition packed as other juice shops nearby!

Today it seemed that the team was running behind so I had to wait an additional 5 mins past the time that the app told me my order would be ready. After I left I noticed they forgot my blueberries in my Bowl. Overall this would not stop me from coming back because more times than not, this location is on time and gets my order correct. They are always welcoming as well when I walk in. They also apologized for the extra wait today.

I waited for my online order and after 5 minutes when it was supposed to be done, I inquired with a gentleman on the counter about my online order. He wasn’t friendly at all. I ate my açaí bowl in the store and I could hear him just slamming things around.

I arrived at the designated time but my açaí bowl was soft because it was sitting out. It would be helpful to have refrigerated pick up

took over 25 minutes to make 1 smoothie and 1 bowl. Exactly half an hour there needs to be more staff and more training please make these considerations for improved business. Not coming here again

Hi, It was vary sad to find out my pick up order wasn't accurate sadly I notice it by the time I areived home and I readdy didn't want to go back, I order 3 bowls and 2 of them with the extra chia pudding, which wasn't there and one bowl was fill just haft of the container never had such a bad experience in nektar before! but it was horrible

I ordered 2 protein açaí bowl, strawberries weren’t fresh at all, they were purple and old. I will not be coming back.

My bowl was great and the online service was quick and easy!

The bowl was good, the service was good however my bowl was not made correctly. I asked for no protein, no apples & paid for extra berries which I’m pretty sure we’re not added. My bowl had apples on it which makes me think they didn’t even look at my special requests - why offer the ability for customization if your employees aren’t going to do them?

Excellent Acai bowl and service as always.

It was really difficult to get through to them on the phone and the store couldn't help me. They didn't understand that the website had an option for delivery. I'm not even sure my acai bowls will be delivered or delivered on time as their website messed up the time.
