I ordered the juice online, when I got to the store to pick up my juice (approx 15min later) the juice that I was given had already settled and was almost clear at the bottom. I ordered green apple detox with beets. I had no beets, but when I informed the worker she informed me “there are beets in it” I said no there are no beets, turns red with beets. The cashier went to the back then came back and said yes there are beets. Informed her again NO beets, it’s not red this is green, but this cashier could not get that beets make the juice red. I said forget it, just give me this juice cause I had to be to work. Well, got a phone message, oh we are sorry we gave you the wrong juice. No Kidding!!! Then they said you can come back and get the right one
I placed an online order 30 minutes before arrival. When I arrived, I was told they did not have my order. I showed confirmation and then it was made. This happens every time I use the Nekter online order or the Waitr online order, which defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. In general, it’s a 10-15 minute wait to get my order whether I’ve ordered ahead or if the store is empty. I love Nekter and will continue going there, but the employees aren’t the best in regard to speed or urgency.

I like to order online and have done so multiple times. I always ask for no agave nectar and it has been on top 2 times. I understand mistakes are made, it’s just really too sweet for me.

The service was horrible. My drink was never made until I told them I hadn't received it yet. Didn't even get a discount or larger drink as compensation for waiting 45 minutes for a drink. But, the drink was good.

It was frustrating to order online and pre pay for a product and it was available when I went to pick it up the next day. The original super food protein is typically unavailable on Saturday or Sunday. The strawberry is not the same. It would be nice to know if I pre order than the product I ordered would available or it should indicate that is not available on the website. The staff was nice, friendly, and wanted to help but the product was out. I like the product but lately is has been out of stock when I go in.
