Store was Under staff my bowel wasn't ready on time said. Staff hasn't even started on my ordered. Asked to cancelled order and a refund I had to leave I hope you do.

I waited for 10 minutes for my mobile order. It was loud with all the blenders, so I waited to make eye contact with a worker. They ignored me, and even when they dropped off orders I couldn't ask anyone for my order. I finally shouted, above the sound of blenders, and asked if my order was ready. It was the entire time, just sitting in the fridge.

I was the first customer so I knew it would be longer however the blender broke so she had to transfer it. It wasn’t blended though because she had to use a different method. She was super apologetic and pleasant !

I usually am always so happy with service and attitude of the people that work at the Tyler location I go to. I preorder using the app and pick up after I drop off my son to school and it’s always ready. Today they hadn’t even pulled my ticket off the printer yet to make it. They were nice about it but they took their time making it and then when they handed it to me my smoothie tasted good but was watery and like they put to much liquid in it. Not what I’m used too, I’ll be back but hope it doesn’t happen again.

I get the peanut butter smoothie bowl and it taste better and better every time i get it!! I love being able to order online and just picking it up. 10/10 service and food, I recommend this bowl to everyone that’s like “hmm where should i get food from today?” Nékter always makes me feel energized and not slumpy after I finish. AND the portion that is given is so generous you can save some for later!!
