I am obsessed with Nektar! I usually order online and it's always ready when i get there! It's nice to have something in town that's good for your body and makes you feel great! I highly recommend Nektar to anyone! It's a good kinda thing to be addicted too!

I gave 10s in all the categories listed because I love Nekter, the service was great and the speed was great, however there was a problem this time. I always get the same drink: 16oz Greenie with ice. I've had it maybe 100 times. The first time I got my drink, I could immediately tell it wasn't right, so I let them know. They said they'd accidentally given me someone else's drink. No problem. They fixed another and gave it to me. The second one was wrong, also. It either was an entirely different drink or they left out significant ingredients from the Greenie. I didn't want to go back and have them remake it again, so I kept it, however I threw it away.

I ordered 2 smoothies through the app, one was not blended (I’m not being prissy here, it was extremely chunky, straw is useless kind of chunky) and the other (AB health nut) was not made the way I ordered it...I’m not even sure it was made with the standard ingredients. It’s usually a pretty thick smoothie, this was like milk. My husband had to walk in and out of the store 3 times to trigger the door alarm to get the two guys that were working there to come out from the back. I never complain about this kind of stuff but absolutely nothing was right about the experience today. I’m normally a huge fan, but (especially for the money) this was very disappointing.

I wouldn’t say anything except this is the second time it’s happened. I order online and pay and when I get into the store to pick it up the order did not show up because the printer wasn’t working so they did not have my order ready. The first time they offered me extra granola, etc. This time they offered me nothing. Usually when I order online it’s because I am in a hurry. Most of the time though I would give you a 10 out of 10.
