Fast and professional but when you walk in, employees are not so happy and cheery. No one sayed hello or welcome when I walked in until I was in waiting station to pick up and was asked what they can help me with.

My order was ready to pick up without problem, however, I have two gift cards that I ask to be checked for remaining balance. I was told the employee cannot look up a balance unless I make a purchase(which I already did with my CC). I'm sure there is a way to do it but the staff was not trained to do so, nor did they offer to find out and contact me with an answer.

I would suggest that the restroom would be cleaned on a regular basis. The last few times I’ve been in, it has been dirty. I believe it has to do with a short staff. I literally saw a pregnant woman walk in to the restroom and turn around and said she will wait. The entire place is spotless until you walk through the restroom door.
As for the staff.....OUTSTANDING!!!! They are very friendly and I’ve never seen anyone in a poor mood. Love coming to this place and will definitely be back.

Don’t be mistaken it is a good place and a cool vibe but me and my GF went in there to get a açaí bowl and stood at the counter for almost ten minuets with no acknowledgment whatsoever.
Addicted. The berry detox is their best juice and the fusion juices (thicker juices) are the best. Always a great experience. Quick service and high quality products. Love their chocolate souffle muffin when I get the craving.
