I am typically very happy with Nekter's online ordering process and pickup and the staff is usually very friendly. However, today when I arrived, I stood at the pickup counter and was not acknowledged for several minutes even though there was someone helped right in front of me. Two young ladies were working right next to the counter but did not look up to greet me or say a word to me. Finally, one of the young ladies looked up and raised an eyebrow, not asking how she could help or what the order name was, I just stated my name. She retrieved the order and handed it to me and I said thank you and she did reply with a "Yes ma'am." As a frequent shopper at Nekter, I was disappointed in the lack of greeting and acknowledgment or even a kind word to ask if I had been helped. I realize the store was busy but that does not excuse poor customer relations and interaction.

The fusion blend cooler I ordered was not blended very well, it had chunky veggies and it usually doesn’t (this is my go to order).

I’m very pleased with how employees handled my request for a drink when they didn’t have all the ingredients and offered me free substitutes to chose from for the base of my smoothie. Super friendly staff!

Fresh a d delicious food! This location had the charcoal icecream when i visited... great customer service, relaxed, fun atmosphere with in and limited outdoor seating. Popular location... it faces the highway, parking can get crowded. As this is a popular shopping center

I always enjoy my bowls that I get. Today the bowl seemed half full. Usually it’s all the to the top. Please don’t skimp with these new bowls.

I walked up to the pick up area. No one said anything to me. There were 3 employees. I stood there for several minutes before one of the girls tuned to ask me If I was there for a pick up. She asked me my name and gave me my drink out of the small fridge. She did smile but turned away and went back to doing what she was doing.
