The first time I went to this place, two young ladies were super friendly and quick!!!! But the last two times there have been two different women in there, both were rude and slow. As if your bothering them. I called and place my order that morning ( I have screenshots) of the call and got there. It wasn’t ready & this happened on 4/17/20. They said didn’t talk to me, so that let me know my order was never taken down.Soooo again they were both not friendly and moved super slow. So I assume they don’t won’t my business. It takes 12 months to gain 1 customer and it only takes 12 seconds to lose 1. Love the products but those two ladies are not worth giving my money too.
My online order was ready when expected. The açaí bowl was perfectly made and very neatly placed into the bag with a spoon and napkins. It tasted awesome.

Nekter has always been amazing . Today my acai bowl was not properly blended and had a watered down taste . The toppings weren't portioned as usual ,I've had better days at nekter .

I come here all the time. I placed an order online due to the circumstances right now. Toxin flus was my order & one I order a lot. I don’t know why it was different this time. Lots of stuff floating in it, sediment on the bottom. Couldn’t even drink it. Ended up throwing it away.

I haven’t received any service as of yet. My order that I was supposed to receive today, was postponed until Friday. I’m not happy at all!
