I mobile ordered and arrived a few minutes before the estimated time but several minutes after placing the order. I told the employee (who was at the counter on his phone) I had a mobile order (my name and what was on the order) and he then went and got the ticket out of the machine and prepared my drink. I appreciate the freshness of my drink but I mobile order so it is ready when I walk in the door. This is the second time I’ve visited this location and experienced this type of service. I’ve never been in there when it is busy but the employees seem to always be doing something them find more important that fulfilling orders in a timely manner.

I am not very happy with this place. Me my dad and sister all ordered shakes. I got a pink flamingo which was supposed to have dragon fruit in it but I only got strawberry then my dad and sister got a mango but neither was the same one wasn't sweet at all and was flavorless with no chia seeds which is what was ordered and the second mango was sweet but didn't have mango flavor. The price was a bit much we could have ate an entire meal for that price
