Unfortunately your online system accepted an order at a time when your store was closed the time was under your normal hours not adjusted Covid 19 hours so I drove there only to find you were closed

I just sent a message to Cindy, but I'm also writing. I went to the tyler location to pick up my online order, and when I actually tried the smoothie it was extremely water down. I did see that there was a new guy there, so I guess he messed up, because 90% of the drink taste like water.
