I was able to order my food on the app and it told me I could pick up my food at 6:01 pm. I drove up there only to find out that the store was closed. I dont know what can be done within the app, but something needs to be done to tell the customers that the store is closed

My husband and I discovered Nekter a couple of weeks ago and have been there at least five times. The girls there are friendly, courteous, and efficient. It is a very pleasing experience. And, of course, the juices and bowls are excellent.

I couldn’t get the drink i ordered because they were out of parsley, but it didn’t show unavailable on the app. I have been there 6-7 times and two times they were out of things - last time it was apples. I understand that you run out and that’s ok but please make it unavailable on the app because i really only like one juice. The ladies working were very kind and has great customer service and speed :)

I ordered the 2 day cleanse. Delivery of my order wasn't received at the store at my requested time. It was delayed for a day.
The staff was very courteous as to let me know why it wasn't there and when the shipment would arrive.
