The açaí bowls are amazing, definitely worth the trip. However the staff they have at the moment is awful. Every single time I order online and arrive 30 mins later and the employees are in the back and haven’t even started on my order. They are so slow and very rude. As much as I am obsessed with Nekter Juice as a whole, the employees have started to ruin it for me.
Overall the experience was not unpleasant, but the employees were not inviting and just stared at us as we walked in and looked around. A simple hello would go a long way.

Wish the staff would have been wearing masks. Wish curbside would have been available. Wish there would have been individually wrapped spoons. Have heart failure. Need to take precautions. Felt like that wasn’t a consideration.

I wish I didn’t have to go up to let them know that I had a mobile order, it’d be way easier if they just made the orders as they came in because I didn’t get my drink until after some people who ordered at the store after I was already there waiting
