I ordered ahead on my app but still had to wait. Usually it’s ready. Also the strawberries on our bowls were mushy. Either they froze or were over ripe

It was fine. Only thing I would say is when I called to ask about ordering some cleanses and shots they told me to order online. I thought it was odd that I was on the phone and they didn’t want to take my order.

My family and I are having to be super cautious with COVID because my daughter is a high-risk individual. When I walked in to get my drink, the worker was talking with a friend out in the table area with her mask down. Not a big deal because I had just arrived. But after I had used the restroom and went to pick up my drink, her mask was still down; meaning she had breathed all over my drink.
I think Nekter is an awesome food choice for my vegetarian lifestyle-especially Tyler, TX. But I am going to need there to be a high level of safety from the workers (masks on while making my food) in order for me to return while COVID is still an issue.
