Couldnt write in any box to add extra stuff but the staff were friendly and helped resolve that and get the drinks done so fast and accurately!

The fruit is cut and frozen ahead of time and thawed. Not fresh. I suspected my banana might have had some minor amount of mold on it...the bowl was not as impressive as the pictures. I got the 8.95 banana berry bowl. They want a tip too. $11 when it was over. Asked for mango on top and they don't have fresh mango. So if you get a bowl with mango mixed in its probably a high sugar puree and not even real fruit. The granola made me very nervous it looks like they added Kellogg's krispies to give it crunch. That contains milk and I'm allergic. The menu is awful at helping you make decisions if you have food allergies. I would never ever come back here due to mold, questionable ingredients, bad menu. Not worth getting sick over and too expensive.
I got a mango Acai bowl and a pink flamingo and both tasted like the fruit had gone bad. It was bitter & I could take more than 3 bites of each. Very dissapy

Your app needs to be updated for pick-up orders that are just a cleanse and you have it sitting on a shelf. I should not have had to wait two days before my order was "ready". I was treated like I was stupid for not knowing that. Not a great first impression. Also, they made me wait in the store while they prepared my order, but it wasn't even my order, it was someone who had just called in! So I had to wait for someone else's stuff to be made, then told, oh just grab one off the shelf. I like the product, and there's not any other place that I know of to get fresh juice in Tyler, so I'll be back, but I am disappointed in the app features and overall experience. I did ask if they had a celery juice that is just celery juice because the lemon in it negates the benefits of the celery, but they said these come prepackaged. The label said good through March, so how fresh are these juices really? Forgive my ignorance, but I thought I was ordering freshly pressed juices and that's why the price was so high. Maybe I should order online to a company who will ship directly to me? Get fresher product at lower cost!

Loved my oats! Service was nice. The only thing I had an issue with was, I placed a scheduled pickup time and I actually arrived 6 minutes passed my pickup time and my order was not made. Put lucky she wasn’t making any other orders at that time, and was able to quickly make my order. But absolutely love it here ! Will be back a lot more often!

There were times I ordered ahead and it wasn't done when I got there. This time everything went great! All three bowls were perfect and done when I got there. ( I usually give at least 30 mins notice) Good job!!

I ordered through the app and my order was to be ready at 1:31. I came in at 1:33 and they told me it would be a 10 min wait. My order wasn’t ready until 1:47
