Generally my order is not ready at the time I request, however, I understand there might be a lot of early morning orders. I generally need to pick up around 7:15am. Today my order was ready. I’d love to see more smiling faces and greeting customers to welcome them in. Most of the time they will look over when you enter and do not greet you.

I love everything I've tried from here. However I am never thrilled with the customer service. It almost seems as if I am bothering them when I come in. They are there to take my order (sometimes no one is in the store front and then after standing there a few seconds two people will finally come from the back) but there is never a warm greeting or smile or anything. I just wish the employees were schooled a bit on great customer service because it's lacking. twice I have been in and received no greeting at all and placed my order with a very aloof employee only for a "friend" to walk in and get a smile, a laugh and nonstop conversation while my order is being made. It's just a very odd experience. Or maybe I'm just used to the kind, professional service from places like Starbucks and Chick Fil A. But I really wish they would up their customer service training.
