I usually love Nekter and frequent two locations. This location and the carmel mountain location. Every time I come to this location I have a negative experience. This location is always understaffed. While the employees are always very friendly they are being stretched too thin and are literally running around trying to get orders ready. There is always a significant wait for any purchase. This time even with noone in line I waited 10 minutes before they could catch their breath and take my order. I have now been in the store for over 20 minutes and their are still 4 people waiting for orders ahead of me. One order was called and noone claimed it. I believe it belonged to the people behind me who I believe left without receiving their order and I overheard talking about conplaining. This is not a one time occurrence. Something similar happens everytime I attend this location.

Every time we go here we have an issue. Sometimes the issue is that one of their employees in particular is overly rude. Sometimes the issue is that the app won't correctly give rewards and we are told that we have to call corporate and find out how to resolve it. Either way, we're done. It's no longer worth trying with this place.
I think I came on a bad day, but they were closed at 9 AM even though they typically open at 7 AM. I knocked on the door, and they opened and the first thing the manager says is "My opener didn't come"...so I guess it takes the opener around 2 hours and does the work of 3 people to get the place going...Also I feel like they should've left a note on the outside door because I wasn't the only one with this problem. In addition, a delivery truck person came in and said he tried twice to deliver there this morning which probably messed up his route...when they could've again easily left a note on the outside of the door and a potential time that they'd return. The juice is good, and decently priced. However, because I knocked I felt as if the manager was irritated at me the entire time during the service, so that's the reason for 3 stars instead of 4 or 5.
Fresh juice and smoothies! When I entered this juice bar, fresh scent made me so happy. There are some games including Jenga, Uno, and cards you could play with friends here!:)
These are my favorite smoothies and acai bowls in La Jolla. The service is always fast and everything I have had is delicious. The employees have been very helpful answering my questions and providing me with recommendations. I will continue to come back!
Good juices and smoothies, but really feel I'm paying extra for it being a "trending" thing and honestly not worth it unless really want to treat myself to some fruit and veggies. Like still a great place to go of you decide to
I had never been to Nékter Juice bar until a location opened near my apartment in La Jolla Village, off of Nobel Dr. In the 92122 area code. I decided to try it out because it looked appealing, and I love fresh Juice. I have been a customer almost every day because not only is the Juice AMAZING, (I’m obsessed with the toxin flush) however the store Manager Libby is an absolute Sweetheart and a great manager. I have been in customer service industry for over 20 years, and I am in the retail industry. I know so often we get negative feedback, however, I have never taken the time to write a review, but I must say that Libby is so personable with all the customers that I have seen her interact with, she always has this great positive energy every time I have visited that location, she knows me by name, she acknowledged that I haven’t been in the past 2 weeks because I was on vacation, which just goes to show she always pays attention to detail. I have observed her training her staff during peak times, and she is very patient, professional, and precise. I honestly wish that I had at least 5 Libby’s working for me. Her staff is also great, as a reflection of Libby.
