Sometimes, it’s like they don’t want to be there which is understandable. But I placed a mobile pick up & the girl literally gave the drinks out to the people waiting & went straight to the back ignoring me. I get I have to wait to be helped but standing there being ignored for them to have a convo near register/back room was pretty annoying & every time I’m there I’m usually ignored if I place mobile pick up.

I tipped even though it was a pickup order. I parked and went in you had four people I could see working in the store at the time and not a single one greeted me or even acknowledged me. They all kept their heads down like no one wanted to be disturbed. The store was busy but you still need to greet clients. One girl kept going to and from the back even though there were clearly people needing to be assisted out front. I waited 10 minutes before I finally had to say something to someone to even be acknowledged. I realize these kids are busy and young but they need to learn to at least greet a client when they walk in. It was frustrating because I purposely order ahead so I don’t have to wait in the store for a long time, I had a dog in the car and it was a hot day which is why I was trying to order ahead for pickup, my order was ready and no one even bothered to acknowledge me or try to help me. Not good customer service at all. I wish I hadn’t tipped.

I usually like sorbet açaí bowls but this place makes the açaí fresh from scratch. It’s good!

The store was didn't have ac, which wouldn't be an issue if it wasn't 100°+ in the store, but they have fruit sitting out at room temp with bad fruit on display. They are also poor at using gloves when touching ready to eat foods increasing risk of food illnesses. They also don't seem to have any leadership and so the staff have no idea what they are doing. There is no consistency in their recipes and they also use low quality frozen fruits, which is strange considering where we live.
Not blaming the high-school and college kids working there, but management as a whole.
