When I called the La Jolla location the day before a large order I was hoping to place, the person on the other line was incredibly kind, responsive and let me know that they would relay the information about my large order to the people who were working the next day (the day of my order)! My order was ready when the delivery driver came and was delivered promptly. I will be ordering larger orders from this location again. THANK YOU.
