I was unsatisfied because I order the protein bowl for peanut butter and it wasn’t added today

Bowl was ready when I arrived, and delicious! Always friendly at LJ Village location.

Todays nekter order was bad.. the protein power bowl was not consistent with my previous daily order. The bowl was very skimpy with the acai.

Order was not made correctly, but love the juices and bowls

The quality of the product has decreased over time. I have always purchased the acai bowl and been very satisfied on the amount and quality of the bowl. Last time the bowl was half the amount than usual with the rest being mostly granola. The fruit was not a fresh as before either.

Both bowls were soupy even though we got them as soon as they were made. They were not very enjoyable.

It was great! My order was on time and the associate that gave me my acai bowl was friendly and courteous!

The food is always delicious, but the last two times I've come I've gotten the wrong order from an online order. In my previous order, I received someone else's bowl. This time, they made the wrong bowl for me. I ordered a PB&J bowl and I got a Peanut Butter bowl. Understandable, but not what I ordered. Luckily the employee remade the right bowl for me once I realized it and brought it back.

Three stars because the staff was so nice and so helpful. But the berry banana açaí bowl was made terribly. I ate it as soon as I got to my car but it was like a slushy. It was very watery and unpleasant. The young lady who made it even left the grocery sticker on one of my banana slices

Lots of good menu options, whether you want juice or an acai bowl, and options are very customizable which is nice. Prices are pretty standard for a juice/smoothie bowl place. Fresh ingredients and very nice staff, I recommend coming here if you’re craving a cold acai bowl.

The staff is very professional and friendly but definitely under maned Your pick up times are always wrong please adjust them. Bowls aren’t ever ready in 15 minutes. I am always waiting.

It was a very good bowl

I enjoyed the service today. It could have been better, but I understand it was really early in the morning. I orderd a juice and an acai bowl. The juice had a very strong ginger flavor. I understand that ginger is strong, but this time it was a little too strong. The bowl was good as always. The speed of service was not too bad. I didn't get greeted as I walked in, but I am assuming it is because they were both busy putting my order together. They did acknowledge me being there and asked if I had a mobile order. The place was clean.

Hello, My immunity bowl was supposed come with pitaya, but açaí was used instead. This is not what I paid for, please make the bowl correctly next time. Thanks.

The protein bowls are delicious and it has fresh fruit I need to start the day off.
