Things are overall good from this location. I notice the bowl could have been colder. I had to wait for about 5 minutes before I could eat it, but it was already liquid & loose. Usually if the bowl is cold enough it can last up to 15 minutes before melting… but other than that the service is just fine. Thanks

Ordered acai bowls today and they were very watery

The banana berry bowl was almost 2/3 full and missing the strawberries. The quality and consistency was not there on this order. I reached out to the manager.

I ordered online. Walked in, wasn’t greeted by anyone, so I just sat and waited, they were busy so it was fine. Order was never called out, after about 10 minutes, I went to ask someone about my acai bowl because there was no one else in the store and no one asked me if I was waiting for anything. It was ready for who knows how long. Kind of annoying when you have a short lunch break

Love this Nektar and the staff and location is amazing! My go to place for delicious Protein shakes and their açaí bowls are the best in town in my opinion!

Nekter offers a great selection of juices and fruit combinations for any palate.
You can purchase bowls, juice & smoothies. Everything is so fresh. There are also healthy snacks, water & drinks. I Had the Acai Banana Berry and it was fantastic! Highly recommended!

Paid extra for cacao nibs on açaí bowl which were not included in my pick up order.

I placed a mobile order through the app. I frequent the downtown location and it’s my first time to the La Jolla location. My order was ready on time and nothing was skimpy - the açaí bowl, granola on the side and turmeric shot. The other location needs to step up like you all do. Thank you for great food and service! Everything was amazing!!

Ordered online because in person takes forever. Online order said it would be ready at a certain time. Had to wait 10 min in store to receive one bowl. Might as well order at store than in person.
