I ordered online and showed up 2 mins past when it was supposed to be ready to give them more of a buffer. 2 customers walked in after me and they were greeted and had their orders taken. I stood by the sign that said online orders. No one even looked at me. So I essentially waited in line and told them my name. The girl making smoothies and bowls said “I’m still working on that” I watched as she proceeded to make the customers drinks who came in after me. I was sitting at 10+ minutes past when my order was supposed to be ready at this point. I sat there patiently and waited, luckily wasn’t in a hurry to get to work that day. My bowl tasted great and all the details were there. Just a bummer that the online ordering had 0 priority when I had a time stamp of when it was supposed to be ready. I will also mention I could see the butt cheeks of the girl making drinks due to her shorts being so short, not the most pleasant experience and wouldn’t recommend ordering online from this location.

Bummed that the drink I ordered ahead of time on the app wasn’t available and they didn’t have the ability to make any of the juices so I had to get a smoothie instead

My order was ready 5 minutes before the given time, and the staff were super quick and attentive. Very pleasant experience with very kind people, and the smoothie was a 10/10!

2 items -I have bought the PB&J smoothie 3x and each time its a bit different. Still good, but def different.
2nd item - I feel like I am getting a survey every time I visit. I would institute some masking rules so that you don't over survey you customers

We love ordering from Nektar! We always feel good about what we're ordering and it's so nice to order online and then pick up our smoothies. Can't say enough good things about the Desert Ridge location -- the staff there is awesome.

Smoothie was inedible, tasted like someone dropped cleaning product in it. This has happened multiple times at this location, will not ever be returning. Huge waste of money.

the 2 Smoothie's I ordered were under blended, chunky and 'globby'. Not good. Didn't have time to go back to store to remake. Otherwise, I order from Nektar often and usually happy

I ordered online for in-store pickup. I arrived later than the estimated pick up time and they put my order in the fridge which was greatly appreciated. They ended up forgetting one of the four drinks, so they had to make the smoothie. In addition, I requested no protein in one of the smoothies since it was for a kid, but when we got home to try the drink it ended up having protein added. Overall, we are glad they were able to provide us with all of our drinks but wish the store was more detail oriented. We will have to double check everything next time before leaving the store if we decide to come back.
