I placed an online order Got in picked up my online order and decided that I would do an in store purchases as well so I try to use my $5 bonus card that I got from buying the gift card over Thanksgiving week it kept saying that there was a problem with it and the 2 employees working at the store did not know what to do And told me to purchase it online well i purchased it online but it still did not accept my $5 coupons they told me to contact customer serviceTo see if I could get a $5 refund from my purchase. Can you guys give me a refund or a $5 gift card to use next time

My app was being weird when I ordered and I had added a ginger shot to my order. It was a free ginger shot so I clicked to redeem my reward. I never got my shot with my order when i picked it up. I thought because the app was being weird it didn't get added. But when I looked at my history I noticed that it was redeemed. Too bad I missed out on my reward.

I order frequently from Nekter for pickup. I order ahead of time for a reason and I don’t think it has ever been ready on time. I’ve seen employees touch their face or hair or clothes with the same gloves they’re wearing to make customers’ orders. I even watched an employee pour extra from asmoothie into a sample cup and drink it with her gloves still on and she continued to prepare orders with the same ones on. Nekter is the only place I enjoy getting smoothies that both taste good and are on the healthier side but every time I go in to pick one (or multiple) up makes me want to stop ordering from Nekter. Please enforce more sanitary practices from employees. They all seem pretty young but this is no excuse.

Took a long time to get drinks. Online order claimed 30 minutes and it was 10 additional minutes Discourages use of online if it takes so long!

This location you can wait 20 minutes and still not get acknowledged. As an delivery driver, I wait 5 minutes. If your order gets cancelled...this is why
