There were 2-3 people working but a long line of customers and the wait for order was about 10 minutes later than suggested in the mobile order

Unfortunately we did an online order and still had to wait at the store quite awhile for order. Then granola was put on top, order said on the side, due to an allergy, so they scraped it off but in doing so, only half of contents of bowl remained. Even when fruit was put on top, it only filled the bowl halfway. Paying $12+ for such a small amount was unfair. Things happen, but it was disappointing and didn't get what we paid for.

I love Nekter, however, I wish your rewards program was structured around number of purchases versus by visit. Living out of area in Payson, Arizona, it is difficult to get to Nekter, but when I do, I always purchase multiple bowls, yet only get credit for the one. That is the only thing about your operation and my experience that I do not like.
