The last PB Health Nut I ordered had a bunch of hard pieces of shell in it. I'm guessing they were almond shells, but I could've broken a tooth! Luckily I realized they were in there so was very careful to watch out for them. I'm not sure how you can do better to make sure there are no more shells, but this is very dangerous. Other than that, the order is always ready when I order online. There was one time I ordered at the register and after waiting 5 minutes, I went to the counter and they had forgotten to even start my order. I only order online now.

I assume you are the new owner? Either way, get some students that have some customer service skills. 2 of them working on items when I came in, and still nearly 74 seconds before they even greeted me. Then when I told them it was a mobile order, they went about their bus and then put my order on the counter about 3-4 min later and said NOTHING.

Great experience. I actually haven't been to that Nectar in awhile as the service had been much slower last year when I went, so was very pleased that the service was quick and very friendly this time.
