I recently experienced significant inconvenience at Nékter, which left me questioning their approach to customer service and technology adoption. Despite living in an age where online ordering and diverse payment options are standard, Nékter fell short of expectations. Just a few weeks ago, I was able to place an order online without any issues. However, my latest attempt to order online was met with disappointment as the service was unavailable. Opting for a direct visit, I anticipated a smooth transaction using Apple Pay, only to be informed that this payment method is not accepted. This was particularly frustrating given the proximity of NauticalBowls, a competitor within the same complex, which not only offers online ordering but also accepts various forms of payment, including Apple Pay. This discrepancy in service and convenience is baffling and, frankly, a bad business move for this Nékter location. It’s disheartening to see a lack of consistency and adaptability in their operations, especially when alternatives are demonstrating how seamless and customer-friendly the experience can be.
Love the juices and ability to order online ahead of time through the app.

Ordered two bowl. Both were 75% açaí. Paid extra for cacao nibs - couldn’t find them. Paid extra for almond butter on the other couldn’t find it. No blueberries.
Honestly I am hesitant to go to Nektar again after that experience.
