I referred 2 different people and did not receive my 2 free bowls. both of them also purchased a bowl.

When I went in to pick up my acai banana berry bowl, I was informed that you were out of frozen strawberries. The girls offered to substitute another fruit with the acai. I chose mango and the bowl was still very delicious! Thank you.

Staff was great, I feel that my bowl was not made correctly it was missing the cacao nibs and a good portion of food, a very nice employee told me she Can top it with more bananas and granola.

They said the printer was down and they couldn't tell how many bowls I had in the order. I had 3 and they only had 1 ready

I ordered 4 Peanut Butter bowls and 1 Mango bowl on 6/12. The PB bowls were all underfilled by almost half the carton! I have a picture showing 1 half full and three under half full with no guava on top like there is supposed to be. This was a complete rip off for my money. I called immediately after we received this order and left message with nobody returning my call. Will not be back to this location.

I ordered online and showed up 2 mins past when it was supposed to be ready to give them more of a buffer. 2 customers walked in after me and they were greeted and had their orders taken. I stood by the sign that said online orders. No one even looked at me. So I essentially waited in line and told them my name. The girl making smoothies and bowls said “I’m still working on that” I watched as she proceeded to make the customers drinks who came in after me. I was sitting at 10+ minutes past when my order was supposed to be ready at this point. I sat there patiently and waited, luckily wasn’t in a hurry to get to work that day. My bowl tasted great and all the details were there. Just a bummer that the online ordering had 0 priority when I had a time stamp of when it was supposed to be ready. I will also mention I could see the butt cheeks of the girl making drinks due to her shorts being so short, not the most pleasant experience and wouldn’t recommend ordering online from this location.

Really takes a long time to get a bowl. I often go elsewhere because I don't have the time to wait.

Well apparently my last message was received and must have been noted in your system because I got looks and points as I walked in, but hey, at least the bowls were full this time!

I wish it was not as expensive for one smoothie or bowl.

I paid extra fir gf granola. When I picked up my order there was no granola on either bowl I ordered. I returned to the store to tell the employee there was no granola and she told me they were out of all granola. I had paid extra for the gf granola and my kids only like the bowls with granola so they went to waste.

Pick up order and felt like the staff just threw the bowl at me. Not very friendly. But we all have bad days and that’s okay. Possibly check in on your employees mental health; it might really help customer service when they feel like their cup is full.

I usually have a wonderful experience but there seemed to be a lack of attention today. I ordered a PB bowl through the app and asked for blueberries inside. It came with blueberries on top, a big chunk of something (maybe mushy banana) at the bottom of the bowl and a lid that didn’t fit. This is my first time ever ordering a metabolism booster so I’m wondering if it even got put in my mix.

I got a PB bowl and I came to pick it up and once I got across the road I noticed how runny it was. I went back to see if they could fix it and they where nothing but nice about!! Great costumer service!!! Thank you!!

I eat at Nekter throughout the valley almost everyday!! This is BY FAR the best protein bowl I’ve had! THANK YOU!!!!
