Smoothie bowl tasted just okay, had a great amount of servings. Customer service was not bad, I did put in a mobile order. Was able to pick it up in a reasonable amount of time.

I was supposed to get my order at 10:52. I didn’t get asked for my name at the pickup counter until 10:58/9 even though I’d been in there since 10:45. At that point, she couldn’t find my order and I think gave me an already made smoothie of what I ordered. I paid for extra protein, and I’m not sure I got one with that by the time I walked out with a smoothie.

Roseville store out ranks the Folsom store with their PB Health Nut smoothie. Roseville’s is smooth and creamy that taste awesome like it should versa Folsom’s was not blended well and lacked the taste of peanut butter.

Let me first say that I am a professional Chef AND I own a Vitamix, yet Neckter makes THE BEST smoothies. I particularly love the Tropical Cooler and my husband favors the Popeye's Acai. Their custom freshly made juices are also delicious. Everything is fresh and made quickly to order and with the app I earn free beverages!
