Good smoothies but the customer service could be better

My experience was good. Place was clean and employees were very respectful and kept a smile on there faces.

We told them we had a mobile order and then we waited 30 min to learn they had put it in the fridge.

I ordered ahead and was not acknowledged. I waited there for at least 5 minutes before someone asked me if I was picking up. There were 3 people at the front.

Roseville Nekter is my go-to lunch spot nearly every day. And that's because the bowls are great each time and I can count on their crew to have my online order made on time. The Nekter crew at Roseville is top-notch.

Consistently great customer service and high quality menu items.

Only made 1/2 of order when showed up. Had to ask for other half when they realized they didn’t make it. Had to wait longer.

When ordering, I noted the recipe for the AB Health Nut had been changed. Hoping for an improvement on an already near perfect smoothie, I ordered another. It's been years since I ordered one and should have run with the "if it's not broke, don't fix it" adage. It was not the wonderfully chunky, flavorful goodness I recalled. It should have chunks of almonds and, while the finely chopped dates were ok, it was seriously lacking in flavor and consistency. Disappointed that I spent $11 on a drink that I was craving and anxiously awaiting since I was finally visiting a town with a Nekter store.
