I ordered @ 11:18 via the mobile app. ETA for pick up was 11:38. Arrived @ 11:50 ORDER was NOT ready. Told to wait another 5 minutes. My visit was not complete until 12:00. This is unacceptable!

I ordered two pb health nuts. The one I had I couldn’t taste any dates in it while my daughter’s tasted there are a lot more dates than usual. Nonetheless, the drinks tasted great.

It was good. The employee working the store seemed to be by herself yesterday, which could explain the store's early closing hours. She did her best to provide service to each customer in a quick and friendly manner.
This isn't related to my experience yesterday, but I do wish it was possible to order an acai bowl without (cashew) milk in it. I kind of hate cashews, but luckily I can't really taste them in the acai bowls. Unsweetened unflavored Almond milk would be a preferred substitute.
