We like the quality of the smoothies and bowls. Great alternative to fast food that makes you feel lethargic and yucky afterwards. Very busy during these summer hours, took 30+ minutes for our order for 5 people.

The smoothie I ordered wasn’t ready by specified time. Also, it was the I correct smoothie but I did not realize this until I was on the road. It was the coffee smoothie and I ordered the almond butter smoothie. I did not have time to return so I ended up drinking it. The coffee smoothie it is not my favorite because I feel like it needs something. In any case, I ended up with the incorrect smoothie.

It takes awhile for anyone at the pick up counter to be addressed, however they were pretty busy. The taste of the smoothie left a lot to be desired.

I am disappointed to pay $10 for a juice and the top 1.5 to 2 inches was all foam. Honestly, I would never come back, except my Mom has Stage 4 cancer and this is one of the things she will consume.

The quality of the product has been declining lately. We are getting bowls that are not full, additions that are missing, or wrong, etc. We love Nektar but we may not be returning if the quality does not improve.
