Product was a let down (I have had many bowels at your Roseville
location... all very good) When I got home to have my acai bowel I found it to be very runny. Not my usual bowel at Nekter

Usually your staff is very friendly, I was a waitress for 25 years and greeting a customer when you walk in and recognizing your standing there is huge.
This person might have been having a bad day, so I always take that into consideration, she acted like she was bothered. If it wasn't for your other employees, I wouldn't go back to this location, especially if it was my first visit.

I asked which smoothie was which (one was supposed to have extra PB) when I picked up and I was told "I don't know I didn't make it". Then I was told, I can add extra if you want. I don't know if I received the proper ingredients at all now and I paid extra.

Roseville Nekter is the best Nekter in the region. Their staff are always friendly and efficient in keeping up with orders even during prime lunch time. I order only and my bowls are always ready on time. Great crew at Roseville!
