Hello, great food, great service, friendly service. The only issue I have is with your app. I order from my phone, and it always says redeem your points and I select that and then I go through my order and it never gives me an option to use my rewards. I think now you are going to remove them as I did not use them. But the reason I haven't used them is because your app never allows me too. That is very frustrating. Do you have any advice? Can your restore my points?

The staff was super friendly but the wait took longer than the app has said it would get ready by. The two bowls unfortunately did not taste very fresh and the consistency of the acai was not the best. I would really appreciate your help on this order issue I had.
