Everything was great, my sister was going to get a smoothie but decided she wanted Starbucks instead. I got my online order and enjoyed it. Will be in next Sunday.

Hello, it was my first app order and I paid extra for PB in my açaí bowl. When I got to the store, I asked if there was PB in the bowl since I couldn’t see it and was told it was inside and blended. While eating in the store I heard someone else order PB and they were asked if they wanted it on top or blended- so there is the option of having it on top. Would have been nice to actually taste the PB and be given it on the side or on top once I asked the cashier.

I really enjoy Nekter’s products and the Roseville location is great. My only issue is that the app no longer allows users to remove or sub out banana in the smoothies that I order, which means I have to spend more money creating a custom smoothie instead of ordering the smoothie I want minus bananas

I have expressed my recommendations many times before without any resolution. The environment in your stores are very inviting except for the constant loud grinding sound of your blenders. All other restaurants have either taken the blenders in the back or use sound mufflers to reduce the noise, but you haven't. This noise ruins the experience and makes having a conversation with a friend annoying.
Can you do something about this? Please?

Your prices are getting a bit ridiculous for a smoothie.Other than that it was great. I'd really like to see you open a store in West Roseville, so we don't have to drive all the way across town just to buy a over priced smoothie.
