Nekter Juice Bar - Roseville

Here’s my problem with Nektar: I travel frequently for work, so when I’m out of town I look for a Nektar in the area for a bowl for breakfast. The app/website will list the store’s hours, but when I drive there, I find the hours posted on the door are different than those listed online, and the store is not open yet. This has happened to me three times, most recently at the Rancho Cucamonga location. Very frustrating and time wasting, and I seldom have time, by the time I’ve driven to the store, to wait around for it to open. I’ve learned I can’t rely on the business hours listed online.

Very happy with the service. I had a large order (10 açaí bowls) and they were ready when promised.

I really enjoy coming here. The smoothies are perfect for me when I don’t have time to go and eat a full meal. But the service is usually less than par. Every other time I have visited has been awkward. The last time I went, I stood at the counter for far too long before someone even acknowledged me. There were two employees and I was the only one inside the place so there was no excuse for it. One girl was making a smoothie and the young gentlemen was watching her. I think you can multi task and just even say hello to a customer. There have been far too many employees here that almost have this attitude.....as though you are inconveniencing them or they will get to you when they feel like it. Also, not very friendly. Not all of them have been this way but it has happened enough to make me notice. I have been in the customer service industry for a long time and it’s just not acceptable. I really do love the place and I will definitely keep coming. This part just needs to be addressed. Thank you for the great smoothies!

My order wasn’t done after 20 min for a pre order through the app, my cup broke as soon as I got it, but Ethan gave my wonderful customer service and offered to give me a ginger shot. That made me super happy and changed my whole mood around. Kudos to him !!

Great. I had one incident where my online order was not ready when I got to the store. I complained. Literally every single time I have placed a mobile order since then (I do so every Tuesday and Thursday), my food has been ready when I arrive and I have it within seconds of entering the store. Everyone is very nice too. I love this place and very much appreciate the adjustment.

My favorite juice place! It's so healthy and refreshing. I love how health conscious the company is. The Greenie is my favorite! It's like a salad juice. 💚

There was no one in the front and at least three of us were in line. We had to yell hello several times and then three people came out all together. Rather strange.

Not as good as usual. Ordered online and waited because nobody would respond to me. When they did, they were nice.

Everyone is always very friendly but the only comment I do have to make is that I opened my bowl it literally only had 4 small slices of strawberry not pieces. I was already at work and did not want to go back but i would of expected more strawberries especially because I did not add banana on top.
