The first visit was absolutely terrible, but since it was very early in the morning I gave them a pass and decided to come back a little later in the day. Customer service was the same, lacking. I asked for assistance with picking out a smoothie since this was only my 2nd visit, he just walked away then came back and asked if I was ready. So I just rushed and only both of the “best sellers”, wanted ordered more but service was so unfriendly and I felt rushed so I just let it as is. Orders took longer than I anticipated seeing that there was no one waiting but then my order was placed on the counter as he walked away without saying a word. I won’t be coming to this local again
Overall good experience, app worked great, order was ready, food tasted great. The only issue I/we had with the order was that of the 6 bowls I ordered, 4 were the Acai Peanut Butter, however, there were not any dates or peanut butter. The main reason why I chose the Acai Peanut Butter was because of the dates and peanut butter. I live in Grass Valley and was not wanting to make the drive back to Roseville for the correction.

I ordered through my Nekter app and arrived at the time I was told my order would be ready. I still had to wait 10 minutes once I arrived.

I am in Nekter often and truly enjoy your products, the service time is great and the staff seems to very knowledgeable about the products. The only improvement I could request is the staff be a bit more friendly. There are some, not all, that could be a bit more friendly.
