Placed an online order around 9am, for pickup at 12:45. Arrived around 12:55 and my order had not even been started. Online orders are advertised to be quick and efficient, yet I spent approximately 15 minutes waiting for my drink. My lunch break is limited, which is why I love being able to place an online order and schedule my pick up. The last two visits, this issue has occurred. Very frustrating, as I love ordering lunch from here.

Not bad, items were good, just 25-30 minutes late. Got a notification the time it was supposed to arrive saying they're not busy, but they just started to make my order.

I love nectar, but every time I come it takes about 45 minutes just to make 1 acai bowl. It wasn't even busy. There were 2 people in front of me that have already left with there smoothies, and I'm the only one in here. Disappointing. If your in a rush, DEFINITELY don't come here! I'm half tempted to leave. So sad.
you should now have to go and tell the perosn at the counter that you have arrived for your online order . i arrived 10 minutes after ordering it and they didn’t even start making it till once i got there

Ordered online and arrived at stated time. Employee said they hadn’t received my order even though I had email confirmation. He did make it quickly. This has happened multiple times and I’ve given you feedback. Nothing changes and you’ve never done anything to try and keep my business. Please tell me what can be done. Thank you

I ordered ahead on the app and still had to wait at least 10 additional minutes and the assembly of my bowl was not as good as other locations. The wait at this location is always longer than others for me.

they took very long to make my açaí bowls and it was over 15 minutes the time it said they would be ready

I ordered through the app at 7:33am with the pick up time listed as 7:53am. When I walked in at 8:05am, the drink was being blended and poured (and not ready). I would have been very frustrated if I had arrived at 7:53am and the drink hadn’t been started.
Otherwise, very happy with the drink and customer service.
