Customer service is typically good. It has improved.
My only current issue is that I cannot use coupons with the app. I don't have time to order at the counter and wait up to 30 minutes for my drink in order to use my coupons. Please resolve this issue asap.
FYI, I have recommended Nekter to many family and friends, who have since become regulars.

Absolutely love this place! Their peanut butter acai bowl is heaven and the employees are always so nice! It's always very clean and I love the variety of their menu! Also love their app! It's so helpful to be able to order before I get there and earn points for what I get!
