Everything is always great. I order through the app to have my bowl ready when I got there. And my bowl wasn’t ready :( I didn’t have to wait long but there was a reason I order it to be ready when I got there at a specific time.

Went back to get the Popeyes açaí after I had a not so good one last time and this one was not good either. It was so thick I could not drink it through a straw. I also could not taste the cashew milk, which is something I really enjoy. Not sure I will be back.

The main issue I consistently experience is the application not accepting any type of coupon, which makes every trip there quite pricey for me.
Also, the app does not function accurately-my points are nonexistent at this point.
I have reduced my visits there and may reduce them even more as a result. Friends and family-whom I recommended to Nekter-are expressing the same dissatisfaction.

Really nice little juice bar. I like that your juices are made fresh to order as well as the fact you can create your own. Acai bowls are nicely done - not too sweet, and you can add and change things very easily as they too are made to order.

The acia bowls are delicious and filling. The staff is always friendly and very attentive. It’s nice to frequent an establishment where the employees are visibly happy to be there!! It reflects on thier customer service. Hats off to the management!!
